TIP: For the Beef Lit’l Smokies: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C, or gas mark 5). Unroll the can of the dough and separate into 8 triangles. Cut each triangle lengthwise into 4 narrow triangles. Place a sausage on the shortest side of each triangle. Roll up each one, starting at the shortest side of the triangle and rolling to the opposite point. Place the point side down on 2 ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve warm.
